Sparrow Dental is family friendly. We welcome new patients of all ages, and have appointments available weekdays and Sundays, with day and evening hours.

What's Your First Appointment Like?

For Our Adult and Teenage Patients:

Your first visit will last about 60 minutes.

We will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history, and discussing your oral health concerns with you. Dr. Patel will perform a gentle, comprehensive dental exam, which will include x-rays, cancer screening, and a periodontal (gum) evaluation. You may receive a routine, pain-free cleaning on your first appointment, depending upon your overall periodontal condition. 

Following the exam, Dr. Patel will discuss the current state of your dental health, and then outline your plan for treatment. You may be surprised to find that, in many cases, there will be multiple treatment options available. Dr. Patel will walk you through the advantages each option has for you, and help you choose the plan that best fits you.

For Our Younger Patients:

Children will receive a complete examination with necessary x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride application. A major emphasis will be placed upon teaching them prevention, including proper home-care and diet habits.
